Best HART communicator we’ve used
Switched from 475 to this and wow, way faster interface and way more responsive. Touchscreen is good even with gloves. We use it across different plants and it hasn’t failed once. Worth every buck.
Works great, just needs better docs
Emerson quality is top notch and this communicator is no exception. Hooked it up to multiple valves and sensors and everything worked smooth. That said, the manual could be a bit clearer for first-time users. You’ll figure it out but takes some poking around.
A must-have for field techs
Been in the field 15+ years and this is by far one of the most reliable communicators I’ve used. Rugged, doesn’t freeze up, and connects smooth with most HART devices. Battery lasts all shift, no BS. Just works.
